What do you think about the photo out there with her bare back exposed? I heard a statistic that the ratings on her show "Hannah Montana" are down 30%...what do you girls think??
They were talking about that picture on the radio. Appearently Miley and her parents were very upset because that pic was taken after her parents left the studio and the photographer was like, "lets just do this. it will be cool and artistic, we aren't going to use it or anything" but then it ended up on the front cover of the magazine.
